A sale, statement, or payout looks wrong. Contact the store that invited you. Share the statement period or order number and the amount you expected.

You need an invite or access to a different vendor account. Ask the store to check which email address it invited.

A portal page or download fails. Contact ConsignClose support. Include the store name as it appears in the portal, the page you were on, and any error message.
